Both chapman.edu/A and blackboard.chapman.edu/A are resolving correctly with authentic data around the world.

Our domain, chapman.edu, is intermittently having a "Server Failure" tossed via NSLOOKUP, and the Google DNS page states a DNSSEC failure.  However, every other web tool for checking DNSSec is succeeding, and DNS lookups are only failing on Google Public DNS.
