Unless you are (sometimes) using IPv6 networks, that's all you need to do.

If you are using IPv6 networks that don't have IPv4 access, you definitely want to add the Google Public DNS IPv6 addresses. If the IPv6 networks you use also have IPv4 access, adding the Google Public DNS IPv6 addresses is recommended but optional.
