[public-dns-discuss] Re: Google DNS can't reach



If you can't reach a website regardless of which DNS server you are using, it is likely that your ISP is blocking access to the website's IP address(es); this is not a DNS issue, and you will likely need to use a VPN to reach the blocked content.
